Wisconsin unemployment rate continues to drop

The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development released yet another good jobs report for the Badger State. Wisconsin’s unemployment rate reached 2.9 percent in May, a 1.1 percent drop from where it stood in April. The state’s labor force participation also held steady at 65.6% in May.

With unemployment low and inflation coming down, all signs are pointing to a strong economy and employers are eager to hire.
