Marquette and Grafton Featured in High School Football State Championship Games

The Wisconsin High School Football officially came to an end, as state champions were crowned on November 16th and 17th at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison. For Marquette, who won the Division Four title, the game brought jubilation as they were the last ones standing when the final whistle blew. For Grafton, an unfortunate loss came at the end of an outstanding season. Scores for all the state championship games involving teams from around the region are below.

Wisconsin bill would limit local control over animal welfare

A Republican bill would bar local governments from implementing stricter rules than the state already imposes regarding animal welfare, the administration of medications and vaccinations and how animals are used at or after they leave a farm or facility.
