As predicted, the housing market in Waukesha has been increasingly competitive in 2022. Demand is high but the market is scarce, and these trends are reflected in housing prices.

According to Redfin.com, in April 2022, Waukesha home prices were up 22.6% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $350K.

On average, homes in Waukesha sell after 37 days on the market compared to 39 days last year. There were 87 homes sold in April this year, down from 124 last year.

These statistics make it clear that real estate in Waukesha is currently a seller’s market.
